First off, I'll say that Adapta is probably one of the best themes in the Cinnamon Spices lineup, and if you don't want to make any of the below changes, that is absolutely your call and your right.
Second, I'll preface what I'm going to ask for with this: I'm not at all fan of flat themes, and material design themes are only slightly better thanks to the shadowing underneath elements. Sadly, I must be a dying breed, as it's nearly impossible to find a theme that's not flat and squared off. So material design themes are a somewhat acceptable compromise for now, until something better becomes en vogue.
As for my feature request, I've tried both this theme and the Materia theme, which is nearly identical, except for rounded corners and the buttons are bit darker than the background. I really like both of those features, but especially the rounded corners as it gives everything a much-needed contouring effect. However, Materia has some terrible font problems in both the Cinnamon UI itself as well as some programs, which is totally unacceptable. Adapta doesn't have the font problems, and I like a few other elements of Adapta better, but it also doesn't offer the rounded corners that I'd like to see.
I'm not very good at CSS, so when I tried to add these rounded elements myself, I was only somewhat successful. I just couldn't get it all to round off.
So, I'm asking: Would it be possible for you to create an additional rendition of this theme that includes the following rounded elements: Top corners of all windows, all corners of context menus, and bottom corners of drop-down menus, all corners of panel menus, and all corners of any pop-up elements (such as notifications)? Rounding to a radius of somewhere between 5 and 8 px would be about right.

@mfreeman72 Hi, I keep the Adapta version here maintained. No promises as to when (long todo list and not enough time ;-(), but I'll take a look at your feature request at some point.
