The family name and full name are both Mogra Regular, should be Mogra
name ID 16 is not needed for platform ID 3, eg this can be removed in TTX

italicAngle should not set to 0.0. This may be required to be set as a custom parameter in Glyphs' Font Info > Instance window or in the build system, and not in Glyphs' Font Info > Masters "italic" input in the "metrics" section. Changing the latter can effect kerning.
Similarly the fsSelection bit should not be set for italic.
