Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently liqo can only be configured to use IPv4. IPv6 could be useful to eliminate the need for NAT to peer clusters over the Internet.

Describe the solution you'd like
IPv6 support for liqo-auth, liqo-gateway and Kubernetes API endpoints would solve this issue.

Describe alternatives you've considered
In case it is not possible to achieve such thing with out-of-band peering, IPv6 support for liqo-gateway would at least allow in-band peering.
