Can't run benchmarks locally

I believe that you just need to move files from tests folder to appropriate folders inside the benchmarking folder.

Are you building and installing via maturin develop --release or via maturin's build command and manually installing the wheel?
As a side note on benchmarks, some may no longer be valid in some of the more recent changes but I believe they should still work, let me know if there are any other issues.
