Did I understand correctly - with "litmusctl connect chaos-delegate" command you can connect another cluster (delegated)?
In my case it creates resources, but hangs in a "pending" state.
Delegated subscriber tries to connect to the SVC IP address from another cluster (not via litmus ENDPOINT / API) msg="Failed to confirm cluster" data= error="Post \"http://10.99.20.228:9002/query\": dial tcp 10.99.20.228:9002: i/o timeout"
