Switched to 0.9.0 and getting a Livebook.Hubs.to_struct error and it won't start even if I switch back

I switched to 0.9.0 and re-ran mix dev.setup but am getting the following errors when I try to mix phx.server

Hey @dantheobserver! In previous versions hubs were behind a feature flag and worked only in development, so the error happens exactly because you run with mix in dev mode. Above that error you should see a log like [info] Reading storage from {path}, if you remove that file it should work be back to normal (note that this will discard any changes from the Settings page).
