Incremental compilation?

Hi!

As a more and more regular Livebook user, I wonder what would it take to re-use the compilation cache in some cases.

My understanding is that adding a new dependency recompiles everything at the moment.

As I use more "smart cells" and my needs evolve, I find myself recompiling more and would find it great to improve that loop.

Of course if we do that, there comes the need to handle cache invalidation properly etc, but I wonder if this idea could be implemented in a nice way?
