2nd alpha release with Linux support

This is 2nd alpha version. Some APIs have changed (kPath construction and kCanvas clipping).
Added Linux backend via Cairo API, however it has minor issues with text rendering support.

Very first alpha release of kcanvas

This is 1st alpha version, most of API should be unchanged from this point.
Currently only Windows platform supported with Direct2D as backend
