any tips on how to get all of these effects but use {{<instagram>}} instead oof {{<figure>}}?

I'm having a lot of trouble loading my pictures because it's really slow. I decided use the instagram short code built into hugo instead of pictures from my files. problem is I still want these effects. I'm brand new to this. Any help appreciated. I can contribute if somebody points me to the right direction.
