Server not showing and consumes 95% CPU in idle

I'm trying to start the server on Intel Xeon Processor (Skylake, IBRS) 2,3 GHz, 2GB RAM, when the docker container starts the processor loads to 95%. In system requirements it is said that:

On our system while idle with no players connected Valheim server consumes around 2.8 GB RSS and 10 GB VSZ. All the while using around 30% of one CPU Core on a 2.40GHz Intel Xeon E5-2620 v3

So may be my processor is too weak?)

Nevertheless, I don't see my server in the server list. As I understood the server is working fine:

2 GB Ram is likely not enough. Increase to 8 GB and see if that makes a difference.
