windows环境下，使用m3u8-windows-amd64.exe -u="https://hls.cntv.kcdnvip.com/asp/hls/2000/0303000a/3/default/3d0cc7539b6b4b2489f33aeb423ceca5/2000.m3u8" -o test

日志为success，但是test.mp4为0字节，也就是没有下载成功，在mac os环境下正常获取

win平台类似问题：有错误提醒显示100% 实际文件只有几百kb
