Feature request: Hysteresis for Detect Tracking

Detect works fantastically for human face tracking! The only catch is that the image is unstable, with jitter caused by constant tracking updates. All that is needed is some form of hysteresis so the animation of the tracking is slowed unless a substantial update is needed.
