Issue sorting reviews over slow VPN connections

This issue tracks a bug reported by WK community user ihfdayton in the community thread here.

The issue reported seemed to be resolved with some sleep statement added to the reorder script so that reviews are loaded into the review app before the reorder script tries sorting anything.

In trying to emulate this issue, I've tried recreating the environment by using Apple's Network Link Conditioner with a modified profile that added 2 seconds of latency and 100kb/s bandwidth, but was not able to see the issue in action.

I'll leave this issue open but on-hold until I can figure out a way to recreate the problem.
