siteName and first permission experiences

Hi Lonnie,

The first experience is that the installation also works with the SQLSRV driver. (I think you can add it to the list of supported DBs)
The second is the "Site Name" settings. App.siteName is included in the theme files, but it is not set in this file.
This is set in Site.siteName, but it is not used and does not work if I rewrite it in the theme.
Also, Permissions setting issues:
I change anything in "User / Edit User / Permission" but it doesn't happen.
This setting works in "Settings / User Groups / Permissions".
However, there is an exception "site.viewOffline" that cannot be set.

That's all for now, I'll test it and report back.

The siteName aspect should be fixed now.

The permissions on a user would only save if they aren't specified by a group the user is in currently (signified by the - state on the checkbox.)
