What is the best way to make the page require login to open?
So the login screen should always be the home page automatically.
After opening and logging in, go to our page defined by the group.

I would just ensure that the session filter runs on all pages (except the auth routes). This will automatically redirect users when they visit the current home page.

Alternatively, you could make your home page redirect to the login route.

I had an error in the start but looking into it I found that I had to add in Config=>Autoload.php this as helpers:
public $helpers = ['auth', 'setting'];
