Got this error message while the plasma-cli challenged an exit:

0x2EcF11F1e9916e3A6C8769D4A9deB65Ef887cFaB, db0d1408e211fc91] Challenge Spent Coin with 13000!
(node:2708) UnhandledPromiseRejectionWarning: Error: known transaction: adfc3b969d74450e1a9d22d04e176b803597d450eaa78752be9f9688eb2bcf1b

Can we improve it, so the user understands what is the problem?
No impact on functionality.
