MiddlewareSequence does not use findRoute, parseParams, etc...why?

⚠️My analysis could be wrong/incomplete

I did not find these calls when trying to understand how the invoke middleware service works. (i.e. this, InvokeMiddlewareProvider which is part of @loopback/express).

Then there is also a note in the docs saying action based sequences are going to be phased out.

Does this mean MiddlewareSequence is also going to be phased out. (Assuming here that this is primarily based on the concept action based sequences). I just wanted to know where the community is heading with this?
