Exam Mode : Missing Error state description for Exam Creation forms

Is your feature request related to a problem?

When

• creating an exam
• importing an exam
• importing exercise groups
• editing an exam
  and something is wrong, e.g., the "begin date" of the exam isn't set, then the field is marked red, and there is a red exclamation mark in the corner of the field (see first screenshot). Then one would expect an error state message to appear when hovering over the exclamation mark that would help one to fix the issues but nothing happens.

Describe the solution you'd like

Handle the error messages in the same way as in the exercise creation (by marking the fields in red and a tooltip with all the issues explained at the create button see the second screenshot)

Describe alternatives you've considered

When hovering over an exclamation mark an explanation of the issue should appear.
