文件名导致前端图片显示炸了 #471

服务器是Centos7
电脑是Windows10

主要情况为：
当上传文件名为 ”CI$6M22$`]A7]E_JF$VB$OT.jpg”的时候，会导致前端图片显示炸了

炸掉后的图：
TOH42 0LHG3 SO48~X($D}T

网站已经开启了上传重命名，然后在图片管理没问题，只有我的图片会炸
