Tesseract 5.0 LSTM 训练、优化字体

Tesseract 已经更新到了 5.0 版本，从 4.0 版本开始就可以使用 LSTM 模型进行训练了，相对于 4.0 版本之前的训练方法，通过 LSTM 模型训练更简单，准确率也更高。
