Analysis: add support for reading stdin

Some linters have the option to pass - instead of a filename, example: selene -, this allows to put the code into stdin

Why

This is useful to update diagnostics while editing, without this option, the file must be saved and then diagnostics are updated, because luau-analyze reads only the file.
