I used coffeetags with vim in Win8.1. I found coffeetags will crash when I turn on Tagbar.

I haven't used Windows in years so honestly I have no idea - might be something to do with how command line arguments are handled.
Can you run CoffeeTags yourself from command line and gist the output?

My setup: Windows 7 32-bit gVim 7.4.307 ruby 2.0.0p481 coffeetags 0.2.1 tagbar 2.6.1
