Idea: list commands as functions

Me again :)

I think it would be great then when pressing CRTL-R, or CTRL-P and then the @ sign, it would list all commands that start with the $ sign for easy navigation in the xiki file.

What do you think?

PS: Let me see if I can make a patch for it, however when done I'm not entirely sure yet how I could send the patch (I just created the account on this git to leave you these messages)

I'm a bit late to the party (notifications for issues opened against SublimeXiki weren't appearing for some reason) but I do like this and might implement it for the SublimeXiki replacement I'm working on
