Not working properly

Since the bigger update it is constantly not working. When I have my external monitor connected AltTab displays correctly on it, but when it opens on Mac display it is just an empty narrow window with nothing so I cant see what I am selecting. I have updated to the latest version, it was working for 1 day and now again the same issue.
