This issue was opened by a bot after a user submitted feedback through the in-app form.

Message:

Sometimes the order of the apps isn't reflected correctly.
For example, I could change from one app to another, then hit alt + tab, and return to a different app than the previous one.

It doesn't reproduce consistently, but when it does it's very annoying. Am I the only one encountering this?

I think this may be a duplicate of #484. This issue was fixed on August 4th, with the release of v4.12.1.

I'll close this ticket as duplicate of #484. If you still get this issue on the latest version of AltTab, please let me know and we'll investigate deeper 👍

I still see this issue with the latest version, I think it might be related specifically to iTerm2.
Sometimes when I switch to iTerm2 it just gets stuck as the first app, no matter which app is currently active.

Actually, it's hard to tell whether it's iTerm2 or SlickEdit - but I'm pretty sure one of them is causing the issue.

@galpressman I downloaded iTerm2, and it all works great for me. Could you please share a video of the issue you encounter?
