Using Xray to get access the company network.

Hello everyone. I'm a new one in that technology. I'm looking a solution to get an access inside a company corporate network. I've been researching many different confings and still can't figure out how to wrap all traffic inside my VPS and to get an access to local VMs. Has anybody done it before? Could you give me some good examples?
