Slider always on top after start or resume

Hi!
When I start or resume hotot, the slider begins always on top of the
timeline. It should begin at the position of the last read tweet. It can
be confusing, when hotot was not used for several days, which was
the last read tweet. It would be easier to say, every tweet above your
current view is new.
