xbmc-plugin-mpdc is an MPD Client addon for XBMC (currently tested on dharma build). Could be nicely used when having private MPD servers streaming to local network

Main features

• multi-profile – user can set up 3 different server profiles to connect to
• control MPD server (play,stop,pause,prev,next, repeat, random)
• view,navigate queue, save queue as playlist
• clear queue
• create/edit/save/load playlists
• browse music by files and add to current playlist
• browse music by artists/albums and add to current playlist
• supported skins: Confluence, PM3.HD, Transparency!
• can play MPD Streams in XBMC player
• display playing song progress
