Set up Custom Domain for the API Gateway

Prerequisite

• Domain Name

• Permission to access

  • Route53

  • TLS certificate ARN in AWS Certificate Manager (acm)

  • API Gateway

Set up API Gateway

• Click on Custom Domain name → Create → Give the domain name

• Select Edge and ACM certificate from the drop-down in the Endpoint Configuration.

Link it in Route53

• Create Simple A record and select the Alias to API Gateway → Region → and endpoint

Chalice framwork can use this custom domain
