For example, string-append! in SRFI 118 is a function, while in SRFI 185 is a macro. This causes ambiguous syntax highlight. Some mechanism to pick which SRFIs to use would be required.

SRFI 13 and 152 has no conflict but SRFI 13 has inconsistent predicates.
