It's kind of annoying to need to wrap a component with toJunction just to make preplug available. It might be nice to fully deprecate preplug on toJunction to simplify it and narrow down the usage of toJunction (which right now does three things: provide event callbacks to plug into Central, enable a combine callback to define a component API, and preplug).
