Commands missing from Menus.xml since Build 1.005.28 #221

The menus.xml file on github is missing lines relating to current commands such as below. These were in build .27 but are missing from .28 onwards. Functions they refer to are still in the main ahk_studio file.

Under Edit Menu
menu name="Create Comment" clean="Create_Comment"
Under Format Menu
menu name="Copy Selected Text To RTF" clean="Copy_Selected_Text_To_RTF"
