Notification Preferences API returns: Internal Server Error (500)

Hi community, I'm trying to connect with the notification_preferences area of the magicbell API but it keeps returning me 500 Internal Server Error without any further information.
I'm passing the correct client_id and client_secret with user_email which exists in the magicbell, other areas of the API are working fine but this one keeps erroring.

Is anyone else also facing this issue? I have opened a support ticket and got no response yet.
