Seems to be due to this
https://vercel.com/docs/platform/limits#serverless-function-payload-size-limit

Possible solutions:

Switch backend
Find a better archiver that offers better compression levels (e.g. current archiver only reduces payload size by 0.1 MB at maximum compression level)
