Create ZIP AND SEND debug option to Ebizmarts #306

Just as an idea.

Every time there is an issue.

I attach all there is to debug the problem (according to me). And everytime you (support) ask for more.

Idea: why not create a ZIP AND SEND all debug info to support option in Magento?

The action could be to

get all errors
get all response and request logs
export the config
ZIP the whole lot
attach it to an email
that is sent to you guys
maybe include an issue ID number in a field, like in this case 6661

Then you have all the data. The same situation. Can mimic and test. And we can spare sending - literally - sometimes 20-40 emails back and forth ...

Just an idea

we all aim at making this extension king of the hill
