This commit replaces the factory_girl gem with factory_bot. This commit also renames occurrences of FactoryGirl and factory_girl tokens with FactoryBot and factory_bot.

FactoryGirl is now known as FactoryBot. This is just a rename, not a new library. Reasons documented here and on thoughtbot/factory_bot#921. This PR replaces the gem name and also replaces ocurrences of FactoryGirl and factory_girl tokens with their new names.
