Invalid files in IOC Editor

@marius0000 what version of IOCe are you using to view these files? What files are you having issues with?

I just verified that IOCe v 2.2.0.0, available at http://www.mandiant.com/resources/download/ioc-editor/ opens all of the files which have been published in this repository.

recently I met the same problems as marius0000 mentioned, was there any method to solve it?
