Describe the outcome that is desired.
When the nightly pipleine is running on the release-next branch building, it would be nice to keep the main branch running nightly too. However, we only want to publish from the release-next pipeline.

Describe any solutions you are considering
Maybe a parameter in the jenkinsfile that is disabled on main during release sprint. We would need to update the release checklist too.
