Cannot find City-Mind Water Meter in HACS

Hi,
Before everything, thanks for the solution!!
I'm running the last version of HA and using HACS for long time ago with many other repositories.

The "City-Mind Water Meter" repo does not appear on my HACS:

In your docs you have also a section called Setup which I assume for manual installation? It mentions:
To add integration use Configuration -> Integrations -> Add City-Mind Water Meter
Do you mean Settings → Devices & Services → Integrations → Add integration? because that one does not hold "City-Mind Water Meter" either.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
