Description

When setting my AHK v2 interpreter to an invalid path and trying to debug an AHK v2 script, I expect an error message to appear. Instead, the AHK++ (v1) output opens with an entry: "AutoHotkey execute bin not found: ..."

Additional context

This is because debugging is entirely handled within the v1 extension, which doesn't know about the v2 output channel.

Proposed fix: Add debugging (exclusively) to the v2 extension :)
