Element missing when first time loading page

One of parallax image is missing while scrolling when i load the webpage for the first time. When I scroll down, the element just vanishes. After I reload the page again, everything works perfectly just fine.

Anyone else having the same issue?

Hey @SeeNelse thanks for the reply, but I'm not sure whether it works or not.
Console says: Uncaught TypeError: $.stellar is not a function

Are you loading your scripts asynchronously?
