Credentials command is broken

The credentials command (ml credentials) throws an error after entering name and password. It looks like line 703 of server_config.rb should perhaps be

• properties_file = ServerConfig.expand_path("../../#{filename}")

Not sure what the intention was of that second param. It seems to have moved inside the function..
