where is the file "gender_labels.txt"? #11

i found the code line:
private static final String GENDER_LABEL_FILE = "file:///android_asset/gender_labels.txt";

but the file "ender_labels.txt"" cannot be found.

Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: gender_labels.txt
