How to export endpoint_url from Extension

Not finding an extension-specific pd-cli function, I was hoping the generic pd rest function can achieve.

I'm struggling to extract enough info about certain extensions so I can turn around and update that endpoint_url for each:

pd rest:fetch -e extensions -t -k name -k endpoint_url -k extension_objects[0].id -k extension_objects[0].summary

But this command does not cause endpoint_url content to be emitted. What am I doing wrong?
