Ottehr - Admin - Telemed Tab - Unassigned Visit Should Go to Unassigned Tab

Description:
When a provider assigns telemedicine visit on the Ready for Provider tab, and then clickst 'unassigne' button from visit details screen - visits are not being routed correctly. Instead of moving to the Unassigned tab after being unassigned, the visit incorrectly returns to the Ready for Provider tab.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to Admin and navigate to the Telemed page.
2. Locate a telemed visit in the Ready for Provider tab.
3. Click on Assign to me for the visit.
4. Click on Unassign for the same visit.

Expected Result:
The unassigned telemed visit should appear under the Unassigned tab.

Actual Result:
The unassigned telemed visit is incorrectly routed back to the Ready for Provider tab.
