Cocoloca - Discord Bot for Animal Crossing: New Horizons

Coco is a versatile web scraper bot built using Discord.py, specifically designed to provide comprehensive information about Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Whether you're looking for detailed villager information, upcoming birthdays, or just some fun commands, Coco has got you covered.

Setup and Running

  1. Python Version Requirement

    • Ensure that you have Python 3.8 or a higher version installed.

  2. Virtual Environment Setup

    • Create and activate a virtual environment using python -m venv bot-env.

  3. Install Dependencies

    • Execute pip install -U -r requirements.txt to install all the necessary dependencies.

  4. Configuration Setup

    • Create a config.py file in the root directory, using the provided template from config_example.py.
