Pan user blocked?

I created a new pantalaimon Homeserver on my Notebook. I was able to connect and start a verification process. However, something went wrong, now this Device seems to be completely ignord: No other other Devices see the "blocked" Device. Verifications from the "blocked" Device are not shown on other Devices. However, my other Devices (including on other pantalaimon Server on a different machine) can connect and verify each other.

Is there a way to force a new Pan user-id to be created, or some way to reset? Un- and reinstalling did not change the pan user-id.
