Not entirely sure if this is a real issue or just a failure of the tests, but https://github.com/matrix-org/sytest/blob/develop/tests/90jira/SYN-115.pl#L3 fails frequently (though intermittently) on the dendron-fronted builds:

This could probably be closed in favor of matrix-org/sytest#1164

did the SYN-115 test get moved/renamed?

seems it did. Yes, let's move to matrix-org/sytest#1164
