If a room is assigned one or more aliases, and the admin deops herself, the aliases will be trapped with the room. Is this the desired behavior? Should the aliases instead be released?

if everyone leaves a room there's no way to then get into it to delete its alias so you can reuse the alias element-hq/element-web#3194

It is impossible to reclaim an alias if all users leave a room. (SYN-337) #1307
