the nuke_room script https://github.com/matrix-org/synapse/blob/master/scripts-dev/nuke-room-from-db.sh does not delete the room from the directory.

oh... forget it. I nuked a room, but at first it was still visible in the directory, but after some hours, it was gone ;)
